Who we are

Valley of Eschol LLC, a nursing education company in New Jersey, run by nursing professors. Questions about this notice go to voe@valleyofeschol.com.

The CPR Analyzer

When you upload a photo, screenshot or PDF of your Candidate Performance Report, it is read inside your own browser. The file is not sent to us and is not stored. Closing or reloading the page clears it. We only record that an analysis happened and whether it was for the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN (see the Meta Pixel section below).

The live review sign-up form

If you join the live review list, we receive what you type: your name, email, exam, where you study from, which attempt this is, your planned test month and any message. We use it only to tell you about live review dates and to answer you. The form is processed and stored by Netlify, our website host.

Payments

Purchases are completed on Stripe's or PayPal's own checkout pages. They handle your payment details under their own privacy policies. We never see your full card number.

The Meta Pixel

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells us how many people visit and which buttons they use, such as starting the free diagnostic, analyzing a CPR, opening a book page or going to checkout. Meta may use this information to measure and show our ads on its platforms. The Pixel never receives the contents of your CPR. Meta's own privacy policy applies to the data it receives, and you can change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Other things your browser does here

• Your browser remembers whether you chose USA or Philippines, and NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN, so the site opens the same way next time. This stays on your device.
• Fonts and some page code load from Google Fonts, Cloudflare (cdnjs) and jsDelivr. Like any website request, these services receive standard information such as your IP address.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the services named above, so they can do their job for us.
