1. Refund policy
Specifically:
- Access to the online modules is granted the moment your access code is issued, which happens at the point of payment. From that moment, no refund is available.
- Downloadable guides and workbooks cannot be refunded once the download page has been unlocked.
- This applies regardless of how much of the material you have used.
Before you buy, use the free diagnostic
We deliberately give away a great deal so you can judge the quality before spending anything. The full 158-question diagnostic and its weakness report are free, with no card and no signup wall. Please use it. If our approach doesn't suit how you learn, you'll know at no cost.
Where we will put things right
A no-refund policy is not a licence to ignore problems. We will always fix these:
- You were charged twice — we refund the duplicate immediately.
- You never received your access code — we resend it, or refund if we cannot deliver.
- A file is corrupt or a module will not open — we replace or repair it. If we genuinely cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back.
- You bought the wrong track (PN instead of RN, or vice versa) and have not yet unlocked the materials — tell us within 7 days and we will swap it.
Contact us by replying to your purchase receipt.
2. What you are buying
Depending on the product purchased:
- Complete NCLEX Prep ($85) — access to the staged review programme: targeted remediation, a 200-question readiness exam, and an adaptive final, drawn from a bank of over 1,000 questions.
- IEN Complete Pathway ($185) — everything above, plus five written guides, the IEN Licensure Document Tracker workbook, the online English for Nurses module, and a full-length OET Nursing mock exam.
Access does not expire. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
3. Licence and sharing
Your purchase licenses the materials to you, for your own study. You may print them and keep personal copies on your own devices.
Please do not redistribute, resell, upload, or share your access code. Access codes are issued per purchase, and a code that appears publicly will be retired — which is disruptive for the people who paid for it. We would rather not have to do that.
Institutional and group licences are available. Ask us rather than sharing one code across a cohort; it will work out cheaper and it will not break.
4. What these materials are — and are not
Licensure and immigration requirements are set by individual U.S. state Boards of Nursing and by federal agencies. They vary between states and they change without notice. Every fee, timeline and requirement in our guides was accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date stated, and is given for planning purposes only.
You must verify current requirements yourself with your chosen state Board of Nursing, with CGFNS International (TruMerit), with Pearson VUE, and — for immigration matters — with the monthly Visa Bulletin and a licensed U.S. immigration attorney. Do not make an irreversible decision, or sign a recruitment contract, on the strength of our guides alone.
In clinical practice, always follow your instructors, your employer's policies, your state Nurse Practice Act, and your licensed supervisors. Where our exam-preparation content differs from your local protocol, your local protocol governs.
5. No guarantee of results
We do not and cannot guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX, any English examination, or obtain a licence, a visa, or employment. Those outcomes depend on your own preparation and on decisions made by boards, examiners, employers and government agencies that are entirely outside our control.
Anyone who guarantees you a pass, a licence, or a visa timeline is not being straight with you.
6. Trademarks
NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN® and NCLEX-PN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NCSBN, the Occupational English Test, Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment, IELTS, IDP, the British Council, Cambridge Assessment English, CGFNS International (TruMerit), or Pearson VUE. Our materials are independent preparation resources. All trademarks are used for identification only.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars; your bank may apply a currency conversion or international transaction fee that is outside our control.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the date of your purchase, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. We will not apply a change retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
9. Contact
Reply to your purchase receipt, or use the contact form on the main site. We read them personally and reply within two business days.
